This website is run by Josh Smith, a sole trader based in Buckinghamshire, UK. This notice explains how the site handles information and where provider settings may affect that processing.

Information submitted in forms

The contact form sends the name, email address, optional company, selected enquiry details and message you provide to the site operator. The email address is used as the reply-to address and a confirmation email is sent to it. The source sends these messages through Resend and to the operator's inbox; it does not show a website database or customer-record system.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics are loaded by this site only after you choose to allow analytics. The site records page views and some interaction and web performance events for that purpose. It does not intentionally send contact-form, or other enquiry values to these analytics events.

For custom Google page views, the site records the page path, title and only an explicit allowlist of conventional UTM campaign parameters with restricted values. It excludes the access gate, eBay auth or relay routes and eBay tool privacy route, so OAuth-style query parameters are not sent by this custom tracker.

The implementation uses a basic consent approach: Google's tag and Vercel's analytics component are not mounted until consent is granted. That avoids the cookieless requests that Google's advanced consent mode can make while storage is denied. Once a provider is loaded, its account settings and any additional tags can affect collection. Google Analytics enhanced measurement and history tracking may collect additional page views once enabled in the analytics account.

Storage and service providers

• Your browser: stores the analytics choice in local storage. In protected mode, the site access gate sets a signed, HttpOnlyjsm_session cookie for seven days.
• Resend: accepts the form emails described above. See Resend's privacy notice.
• Google Analytics: receives events only after consent through the Google tag. See Google's privacy policy.
• Vercel: hosts the site and, after consent, receives Vercel Web Analytics events. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Retention and provider settings

Inbox-message retention, Google Analytics retention, Google and Vercel account configuration, provider data locations, transfer safeguards, enhanced measurement and Vercel hosting-log retention are managed in the relevant services. No fixed retention period is stated here.

Your choices and requests

You can decline analytics without losing access to the marketing site's core content, subject to any separate access controls. To ask about, correct or delete information held in the operator's inbox, email the address above. You may also have rights under applicable data-protection law and can contact the ICO if you are unhappy with the response. Details are available at ico.org.uk.
