My background combines running my own online businesses, marketing leadership and consulting. I bring that experience to helping business owners get more from their marketing. I’m based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and you’ll work directly with me.
A bit about how I work

I take the time to understand your business.
Since I started selling online in 2007, I’ve run my own businesses, worked as a Head of Marketing and helped other business owners with their marketing. Across that work, I’ve been involved in both the planning and the practical detail, from budgets and campaigns to websites and customer experience.
That experience has taught me to look beyond the marketing itself and understand how the whole business works. For example, an ad campaign might bring the right people to your website, but they leave because they can’t find delivery information or understand which product they need. Spending more on ads won’t solve either problem. Before recommending changes to your marketing, I want to understand what customers are experiencing and how the business works behind the scenes.
I enjoy getting into that detail with business owners: understanding what you sell, what it costs to deliver and why people choose you. It means we can make decisions with your margins, customers and team in mind, and spend time fixing the things that are actually holding sales back.
